Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® is a classroom learning experience that connects unique leadership styles to real-world demands. It provides an actionable path toward one unified model of leadership in the areas of Vision, Alignment, and Execution. It helps leaders understand their own leadership styles and how their tendencies influence their effectiveness in specific leadership situations.

Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict uses the DiSC model to increase self-awareness around conflict behaviors. It supports participants to effectively respond to the uncomfortable and unavidable challenges of workplace conflict. This intended to be delivered in a classroom setting in order to drive productive conversation around active conflict in the workplace.
